Shipping & Return Policy
Orders take 1-5 business days to prepare for shipping. Shipping estimates are from the time the product is shipped, not when the order is placed.
Please double-check and confirm shipping details. If the customer is unable to receive the package or has entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
During summer months, we pack all chocolate deliveries with ice packs and insulation and ship via Priority to ensure safe delivery. Therefore, we add an extra $1 to the chocolate shipping and handling fee. While we take every precaution to ensure you receive your snack in perfect condition, we are not responsible if the chocolate arrives melted due to various factors during shipping.
All purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. We reserve the right to change the shipping method at any time. If you require different shipping arrangements than those offered on our site, please contact us at sales@lolcandi.com for availability. US shipments to the contiguous 48 states generally take between 3-7 business days for delivery after your order is processed. Processing time generally takes 1-5 days. In total, you can expect an average of 6-12 business days for your order to arrive. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer, and orders placed during peak holiday seasons such as Christmas may experience delays. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you need to cancel an order and the order has not shipped, a refund may be issued, subject to a 10% fee.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or if the product is damaged on our end, please email us immediately at sales@lolcandi.com. Do not discard the box until we have officially filed a claim with USPS. Claims often require proof of damage, which may include photos. We will resend the order as soon as possible.
If the item is damaged during shipping or the product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@lolcandi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will strive to work towards a satisfactory solution. It’s the customer’s responsibility to file any claims for lost or stolen packages.
